The US shop is model BPR700. Amazon listings we opened did not give one 120 V ASIN we could trust. B013I40R8E is titled BPR700BSS and the spec table says 220 volts.

Owner feedback
We did not find an independent US test of the current Fast Slow Pro to cite. The product page and the US booklet agree on a wide pressure range and a 120 volt plug. Amazon text we opened for a BPR700BSS listing says 220 volts, so that listing is not treated as this US model.
Score breakdown
6.5/10- Capability 25%8/10
The US page and booklet document dual sensors, 11 pressure settings, slow cook, reduce, sauté, sear, and steam, with pressure from 1.5 psi to 12 psi. The US product page now states 1100 W. A 30 September reading did not include wattage. There is still no air fry, so this stays at 8.

- Smart programs 20%6/10
Food presets choose a pressure, and the cooker picks Quick, Pulse, or Natural release. That is stronger on-device logic than a single high-pressure button. The page does not describe an app or Wi-Fi.

- Ease of use 15%7/10
The page describes an LCD with pressure, temperature, a timer, and a steam-release indicator, plus hands-free release. We did not find a published test of the menu.
- Cleanup 10%7/10
The page says the lid is removable and dishwasher safe and that the ceramic bowl can be used for serving. It does not say the bowl is dishwasher safe.
- Build and reliability 15%6/10
The US product page states a 1-year limited warranty. An earlier reading did not find a warranty length. A one-year warranty is not a reason to move this up. The page also describes a stainless lid and a 3-way safety system. The 220 volt figure on an Amazon BPR700BSS page is a listing problem, not a measured failure rate.

- Value 15%4/10
At $329.95 the Fast Slow Pro costs more than every other cooker in this set, including the Wi-Fi models. The adjustable pressure is what that price is buying. It is a weak value if a fixed-pressure program is enough.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Pro: The US page documents adjustable pressure from 1.5 psi to 12 psi, which the Instant Pot pages in this set do not.
- Pro: Hands-free release with Quick, Pulse, or Natural, and a lid the page says is dishwasher safe.
Cons
- Con: No app. The US product page lists 1100 W and a 1-year limited warranty. The list price on 30 September 2026 was $329.95.
- Con: No Amazon ASIN. A BPR700BSS listing we opened says 220 volts, which is not the US booklet.

- The page that opened is titled Breville Fast Slow Pro BPR700BSS and shows ASIN B013I40R8E, model BPR700BSSUSC, and a voltage of 220 volts. That voltage does not match the US booklet, so the ASIN is not used. (opens in a new tab)
