Launch specs and a manual cited by MakeUseOf list a 3 L bowl, a scale to 5 g, and heat only to 130°C. CNET confirmed chop, weigh, sauté, steam, and knead, and said sauté does not brown like a pan. The heat ceiling is the main documented limit. We did not find a 2026 spec sheet that changes these figures.

CNET said recipe access was free and, in January 2023, still in the dozens or hundreds. AndroidGuys on 30 June 2026 reported 200+ guided recipes and about five new ones a week. That is a real library and still far smaller than Cookidoo's claimed catalog. The tablet is required.

CNET found the guided steps easy and also had to reconnect a hub that dropped Wi-Fi. There are no controls on the base. AndroidGuys said a family bread recipe could not be run outside the guided set, which CNET's earlier manual-mode dough contradicts. We did not resolve that.

The launch notes and both reviews describe a quick clean and a deeper clean with water and soap. CNET said burnt-on sauté residue still had to be scrubbed under the blade. MakeUseOf says the bowl is dishwasher safe and the base is not.

CNET's 2023 unit worked for the recipes they cooked. AndroidGuys in 2026 still discusses it as a product you can buy and mentions a two-year electrical warranty, which we did not confirm on a maker warranty page. The separate tablet is an extra part that can fail. We found no failure-rate study.

CNET cited $999 in 2023 and AndroidGuys said about $1,000 in June 2026, with free recipes and a larger stated bowl than the TM7. CNET was not sure the price was justified. The current Amazon price was not in the listing text we retrieved, so this band is from those published figures.
